iJoin Grows its Executive Team to Support Advisor and Recordkeeper Partner Success

Niles Monica joins Benjamin Thomason to drive business development

iJoin, a leading innovator in retirement plan technologies, announced today it has hired Niles Monica as its new Director of Intermediary Distribution to support institutional partner growth. Niles joins Benjamin Thomason, SVP, Revenue, to steer business development among RIAs, aggregators, and broker dealer home offices.

Niles brings 20 years of industry experience, much of it earned at JP Morgan, focused on helping advisors and consultants evolve their approaches to Defined Contribution plan design and investments.

To support iJoin’s rapid market adoption among 401k recordkeepers and plan advisors, Chip Moore is taking on a new role as SVP, Client Success. In this capacity, Chip will be responsible for helping partners optimize their go-to-market strategies and system utilization to drive value for stakeholders.
